What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Junel Fe?

I have been on birth control for about five years. Started Junel fe this last month, got my period on time but was lighter and shorter than normal.. I am now feeling bloated and a few cramps in my abdomen.. I do have unprotected sex.. but did not when I was fertile, I keep track on an app. Could I possibly be pregnant? Or have endometriosis? This is not the first time I have had cramps but it's the only time it started right after my period ended
