hi doc..am 18 years old.. my weight is 72!...and i really wanna lose some weight without going on any diets because am tired of going through any of them....so am thinking about taking (via ananas)

what do you think doc??is there ay side effect i should know

Bromelin is a natural enzyme found in the stem & fruit of Ananas(Pine Apple)
Some amount of Bromelin is found in fresh Pine Apple also
Ananas Pill is not a Medicine.
It is a food supplement.
It has its own side effects ,reported in some Humans
-Allergy to Pine Apple
-Nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,
-Bleeding when used with Aspirin & other anti coagulating drugs
If you are on any medicines consult your doctor before taking this
