What Are The Uses And Side Effects Of Monocef 0 And Dolo-650?

Hi Doc, I am 27 yr (female), i got blood report S.Typhi"o" and S.Typhi"H", doctor as given me the antibiotics (monocef 0 and Dolo-650).Let me know is their any side effects using this antibiotics. and also let me know what kind of food do i need to have.

Hi
As you are taking monocef-O i.e. cefpodoxime+ oofloxacin , is a most potent antibiotics for the treatment for respiratory tract infection, U TI , typhoid fever, SKIN INFECTION, ear infection .
Side effects of monocef-o are , anaphylatic shock, pruritic nephritis, skin rash , pruritis , diarrhea, nausea , abdominal pain, vomiting , pseudomonas colitis, nephrotoxicity .
Dolo 650 mg is a paracetamol and used in pyrexia or fever.
Side effects are nausea, diarrhea, leucopenia, liver damage following over doses.
