Whatever you share with your doctor is confidential, and it will be very difficult for your doctor to treat you properly if you don't share the truth. You cannot get into trouble for talking to your doctor, no matter what you are doing. So please answer the questions honestly. As far as your periods are concerned, you will talk to your doctor to find out the best option for you. However, at your age, the best way is usually to use a low dose birth control pill, which should give you regular light periods, and protect you from pregnancy. Good luck!
