Dear

Since the lumps are bilateral, the cause may be not only local but can be systemic or regional...can you describe the nature of the lumps in detail like they are hard, soft or firm to touch? how is the surrounding skin? is your son able to walk?

All these answers will help understand there nature...the next step may be a tissue diagnosis..an FNAC perhaps....

The most important thing is to find the cause of these lumps....best if you can send a Photograph...

regards,

Dr. Anubhav
