63 years had ovarian cancer , i have white patches inside my vagina 63 years had ovarian cancer in 2009 operation full hysterectomy , spleen , appendix , 3rd of my liver and bowl fat remover same time cancer of the vagina radiotherapy chemo therapy and baracatherapy tumor shrunk disappeared now i have white patches inside my vagina has it returned

White patches in the vagina suggest a candida or a lichen infection, mostly. Lowered immunity , poor general health, dryness /irritation etc must have caused this. I would suggest you to see your oncologist .
