What Are Your Opinion For Thyroid And Its Symptoms?
Hi, I have several symptoms that are of concern and everything I read points to the thyroid, what's your opinion?
I have hair loss, my skin tends to be dry, especially in my face. I have to put extra oil on my face just to keep it somewhat moist.
I get tired easily. I have constipation. My periods seem to be getting a little longer.
Vaginal dryness and very frequent infections of bacterial vaginosis.
My memory is also not as sharp, I have difficulty coming up with words sometimes.
I feel cold and hot within just a few minutes of each other.
I am 39 years old.

I really appreciate your knowledge...
According to this symptoms causes has to be ruled out are...
-hypothyrodism first
-B12 deficiency
-Diabetis etc...
Mostly it will be hypothyroid for which investigation done with serum TSH and t4 estimation....
According to TSH value levothyroxin dose adjusted...
If no thyroid problem than your examination done and accordingly investigation done like serum b12 estimation, RBS, CBC etc....
