What Assistance With Regard To Concussion And Painful Neck Due To Head Injury Can Expect?

I had a head injury, however since that I have only 30% strength in my right hand. I was hit by a vehicle while I was directing traffic and landed on my back and busted the back of the head open. I had no bleeding on the brain. Just concussion and pain in the neck on the right side. I have tried PT, but no help. I am a 50 yo white male. I am on warfarin with A-fib.

Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I would like to directly review your brain MRI study for a more professional opinion. Considering the neck pain, it is also necessary to perform a cervical spine MRI, to exclude any possible disk herniation in this region.
Physiotherapy is the main treatment in such case.
In case of a bulging disc, surgery may be a possible treatment choice.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards, Dr. Aida
