General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to a hand strain.
A hand strain is a stretching or tearing of fibers in muscles or tendons, the tissue that anchors muscle to lbone.
Strains often occur in tendons that connect the muscles of the forearm to bones in the finger.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
