What Can I Do For Severe Wrist Pain Caused After A Fall?
I fell about a year ago and when I fell I put my hands out to catch myself and now my right wrist has A protrution on my rigt inside wrist. I had it xrayed and they said no fracture but it really hurts at times and cant lean on it. What could be causing the pain? Shouldn t tot have healed by now?
As of now you can use analgesics/anti inflammatory combination like Aceclofenac/Seratiopeptdase for symptomatic relief. It is better to immobilize the affected hand in a splint.
If symptoms persists you can consult an orthopedics and plan for an MRI scan to rule out possible causes like carpel bone fracture which can also present with similar symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. Shinas Hussain,
