What Can I Do To Ease The Pain In The Groin Area Caused By A Muscle Pull?
I am a woman that just turned 61 may 29, Two weeks ago I thought I pulled a muscle in my left groin area. The pain was bad but bearable, the last 5 days the pain is really bad. It seems if I sit too long it stiffens up and I walk all day at work.It seems it does better when I am moving around but then I will get a burning sensation in my stomach after a while when I am walking. At night when I try to sleep every time I move it wakes me up because of the pain. I have tried putting a pillow under my leg at it does help at first, can you please tell me what I could do to ease the pain and keep working please? Thank you very much
As a first line management you can take analgesics like Diclofenac or Tramadol for pain. If symptoms are severe you can consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.
