What Can I Do To Improve My Chances Of Conceiving If I Have PCOD?

Hai im having PCOD,after taking siphene,i got one follicle on 31-3-2011 and Dr gave HCG injection but the egg did not rupture till 02-04-2011 ,what is the reason? will that egg rupture after this? im asked to take scan on 6th,we had contact on 2nd,3rd and 4th, what is the chance of getting conceived please advice

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.The follicle usually ruptures after 36 hours of giving the hCG injection. If the follicle has not ruptured in 48 hours, then the chances of rupture are almost nil, and hence the chances of conception are quite low in this cycle of ovulation induction.
