What Can I Do To Overcome Severe Fatigue And Chronic Pain?

61 year old male, chronic pain, no energy, overweight, severe nerve damage, lots of stress, possible IBS, has gotten worse over the last year. What can I do or take to make me have the energy I used to? Am tired of being tired all the time. I want to have the energy to get up and loose weight and feel better. Lungs and blood work all check out perfect. Not diabetic at all. But when I walk a short distance I get very out of breath.

Hi,

Consult a physician and get evaluated, we have to rule out conditions like anaemia and thyroid disorders which can present with similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
