What Can I Do When The Baby Cries Constantly?

I have a great nephew that has been screaming all the time. During the day, at night when he sleeps and for no apparent reason and it sometimes goes on for hours. The rest of the time, he is a healthy, very happy baby. He is a little over a year old and his poor Mother is beside herself not knowing what to do for him.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
Healthy baby is crying continuously for a prolonged time indicate that feeding may not be sufficient.
Usually mothers add water and dilute milk thinking that the child may not digest it.
Please look into the diet aspect carefully.
One year baby usually weghs around 10 kgs and he needs 1000 calories per day.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
