What Can A Patient Do When The Office Employee Assisting

What can a patient do when the office employee assisting the doctor won't listen to your problem regarding medication you need changed?
1. (ie didn't want medication manufactured in India, and the mail order pharmacy told me what to do in order to get the generic brand from the Canadian manufacturer). I had already done the research and they told me to have the doctor request the exact company - Apotex instead of Dr. Reddy's for a Boniva substitute. Rather that listen to my needs, kept interrupting me and told me it was my fault the order was filled that way and I should have told the doctor. I had no idea that it was going to come from India or would have mentioned that to him.
Then the person started arguing with the me and won't allow me to speak to the doctor.
2. Left 2 messages for the office manager who never called me back and I had to call a third time. she was worse and extremely rude and hung up on me. She also would not allow me to speak to the doctor.
What can be done about this and to whom should I complain? It is unacceptable to be treated like this as a patient and I am also paying.
