What Can Be Done For Arm Muscles Pain?

Hi, ever since I returned from Spain 3 weeks ago I have felt unwell. At the start I was throwing up all night, felt sick for the next few days. Along with this my arm muscles are painful and I struggle to lift my arms up, the pain in my arms and back keep me awake. Thank you

It can be a viral fever. i would advice you to start antibiotics and analgesics.Is there any rash on your body or cough and sneezing. Are you also having diarrhea
. Some time these things can happen due to infection through food. Do not worry every thing will be fine.
