What Can Be Done For Knee Injury With Bursitis And Fibromyalgia While On Vimovo/naproxen Daily And Pennsaid?

Hi: I had a knee injury earlier this year in July, After going to the doctor, she said I had bursitis of the knee, I had to take Vimovo / Naproxen daily and Pennsaid to take out the inflammation in the knee, as it swelled like a balloon all the way to my foot. Currently I on Ei as I was let go from the Steel Shop, and I wake up with feeling of pain and tenderness at the back of my knee. I also have Fibromyalgia, and was wondering if that condition is something that can keep me feeling that there is pain there, as Fibromyalgia is inflammation without any swelling. however I do still have clicking noises from time to time in the left knee that was injured. My doctor sent me back in July to a Medical Imaging Consultant, and they noted on paper about my left knee: Joint space and articular margin are well preserved. No erosion or osteophyte noted.
