The pain & burning during intercourse can be due to many reasons like:-
-less lubrication
-If it is a pain that is deep inside vagina then it can be due to PID (pelvic inflammation);endometrosis.
Also you are having discharge so if the discharge is foul smelling;curd like ;yellowish and you have itching along with it then there is infection for which you will need to get treated.Please consult a Gynaecologist for physical examination & treatment.
