What Can Be Done For Painful Lump Despite Taking Antibiotics?

My partner is in real bad pain ,pilonidal sinus he's taking codeine n paracetamol witch he was given by his doctor also was told to go away take antibiotics come bk in two days his 2days are up tomorrow but the lump has got bigger and the pain much worse is there anything else he can do to be comfortable for tonight?

Pilonidal sinus is a troublesome condition for most patients. Though medications can reduce symptoms for a while, it often recurrs and causes pain and discomfort. I suggest that you discuss with your doctor and take an opinion regarding definitive surgical treatment.
