Hello,

Avoid swallowing of air during eating and drinking. Other possibilities like irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or infections or malabsorption syndromes etc.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Use capsule something 80mg twice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
