What Can Be Done For Slight Bulge In The Abdomen, Abdominal Discomfort And Constipation?

ive been stuggerling going to toilet for several weeks been using laxatives ive a bulge in my tummy for about four weeks which is slight uncomfortable sometime but more resently little tender to touch about the size of a grape friut i thought maybe blockage as not going can u advise please

Hello, I have read your query and from what you described your condition I would like to suggest that only thing that can prevent your constipation is your lifestyle modification.
As I am not aware of any other medical conditions that you might be having that might cause this or any drugs which you use for any condition which might cause constipation, I would suggest the following-
1-Try and increase your daily consumption of water to 8-10 glasses per day more if your work and climate make you sweat a lot.
2-Avoid caffeine and caffeinated drinks as they cause dehydration.
3-Avoid transfats in your diet.
4-Try to increase fibrous fruits like bananas,papaya,mangoes,oranges to more than 5 servings per day.
5- Try to increase vegetables in your diet.
6- Try to incorporate 30 minutes of moderate walk daily.
7-Try destressing yourself by meditation or yoga.
8- Sleep on time and wake up on time .
Yes, all these things help your condition as it's all psychologically connected as well.
Last but not the least reduce your codependency on laxatives as they only worsen your milieu interior.
