What Can Be Done For The Problem Of Muscle Tightening?

I m taking this medication and wanted to check the side effects. My immediate problem is muscles tightening up in my upper back to the point that I can not move for a instant and have to way until I feel I can move. I know this may not be the med, but wanted to check it.

I want to see your spine x ray . If it shows that there is back muscle spasm then treatment can be done for it. It will need Myoril tablet and Diclofenac ointment application. Also hot water fomentation I would also suggest you to avoid weight lifting and bending forward. As far as side effect of medicine is concerned I am not aware of any drug which causes such side effect.
