What Can Be Done To Bring Down The Temperature From 102F?

Hi,
My daughter is 8yrs and 9 months old with 45kgs of weight. She is having fever @102F since yesterday with mild headache. The fever is not coming down from 102F even with Meftal P(7.5ml per dose). done blood test for malaria & dengue but the reports are negative.
Please advice..

Hi,
Thanks for asking query on health care magic.
By any standards your daughter over weight.(normal is around 28 kg).
Meftal dose is not sufficient. It is 10 mg/kg equal to 22.5 ml.
If you give 500mg meftal tablet ,it will respond and fever comes down.
You may also give Paracetamol 15 mg/kg equal to 650 mg tablet.
