What Can Be Done To Cure Swollen And Painful Heel That Is Restricting Movement?

I have a pain under the pad of my right hel. It feels a little swollen and the pain is worse the more I walk. If I sit I basically have no pain this pain has gotten worse......over time. I've had it now foe about 6 weeks. I'm now at the point where any walking is a challenge the worst is climbing stairs

An xray of foot for cacaneum (heel) should reveal if there is overgrowth of bone spike (calcaneal spur) which hurts on walking.Treatment follows confirmation of diagnosis.See a doctor.
