Hi, I have a 9yr old daughter who has a lump the size of a large globe grape that I just noticed. She said it doesn t hurt and I can move it a little. What should I do?

you have not mention site of the lump
it may be due to lipoma ,fibroma ,cyst ,infection etc
better to consult doctor
all lump are not serious but must be taken care
if it is in breast ,it may be due to hormonal reason also
