Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist,i can fully understand your concern.
It's very likely, that the wire is the cause for the pain, you're feeling.
We've had to remove the wire,in several cases like this.
Wires were inserted, to reinforce repairs of pelvic floor, in incontinence cases.
The fall would've aggravated your symptoms.
Following removal of the wire, your pain also should subside.
If you've any doubts, send the scan report to me, as a direct question.
