What Can Be Given For A Baby Suffering From Dysentery?

My baby is 3 months old I started dexolac premium first day we gave 1 spoon and for the next day we gave feed two times with three spoons for each time baby got stomach upset and dysentry but breast milk is not sufficient for her kindly advice what to do

If there is no blood and mucousin loose stools there is no cause for concern. .
The children are usually irritable during loose motion and to parents it may appear feeds are not sufficient.
Just continue giving exclusive breastfeeding.
