What Can Be In The Nostril Of A Child?

hi i have a 2year old daughter she has something up her nostril since december last which is giving off a really awful scent. i ve been to the hospital on many occassion and have gotten no results up to now there is still the scent there and she have been on many antibiotics

Hi....this is a case of retained foreign body in the nostril and it can lead on to dangerous complications if left like that. She will require a rhinoscopy and endoscopic removal of the foreign body. I suggest you consult an ENT surgeon who has good experience in paediatric cases.
