What Can Be Reason For The Pain In The Lower Abdomen?
i am a girl of 28 years not yet married, i am having pain in left lower abdomen rarely. i had gone uterus operation 2 years before for some pain and a tissue in it. few days back i had very high fever and cold can't able to have food, if i had immediate vomiting it only orange/sweet lime juice i can have. may be because of it i am getting pain?

HI. It would have been better if you would have given the details of the operation on uterus.
Well, you have pain- left lower abdomen, cold and fever, vomiting- all these are suggestive of a stomach flu.
IF you start getting loose motions, it is better to have an antibiotic cover.
Please give details of operation. IT is also wise to have one ultrasonography to review the uterine position and to find any cause of present problem
