What Can Be Taken For Knee Pain Except Tramadol And Ibuprofen?

I am a 53yrs old woman with severe pains in both knees. despite losing 2.5 stones I still find it difficult to go up and down the stairs especially at the station and I still have 2 more stones to loose to get to my ideal weight. I reacted badly to tramadol and taking ibuprofen is not helpful what can I do?

I thing you are suffering from chronic knee osteoarthritis

you have to take visit physiotherapy clinic
physiotherapy treatment has great effect on knee pain

take hot water fomentation for twice a day on knee

do exercise which is listed below
straight leg raising
knee extension in high sitting
isometric quadriceps exercise
calf muscle stretching exercise
hamstring muscle stretching
last 15 degree knee extension in long sitting

do all this exercise 10 times twice a day

take short wave diathermy and paraffin wax bath will decrease your pain through increase blood circulation and wash out the waste product which produce pain

walk as much as possible it will allow more nutrition in knee joint

wear knee cap which is best shock absorber
