What Can Be The Cause For Stomach Pain, Nausea And Constipation?

I have a 12 girl in january seemed to have a virus burning throat cough and headache. After few days cough got worse took prednisone and cough and throat better but still headache 24hrs a day for 28 day day 17 eyes dilated on there own and took her to er admitted 10 days and given dhe iv headache gone but left with awful stomach pain nausea and constipation and 6day admit for impacted bowels that took 5galons of go lightly by NG tube . Do u have any thoughts

Noted the history about a 12 year old girl having virus infection of the throat in January giving burning throat, cough and headache. After a few days cough got worse, took prednisone, but headache persisted which got alright after admission to the hospital, pupils were dilated, bowels got impacted.
The causes look to be viral encephalopathy and affecting all the parts of the body hence all the symptoms and signs that you have noticed so well.
Since the aftereffects can show as stomach pain, nausea and constipation, a proper care of the bowels, foods and overall care alone can help such patients well.
She needs a Physiotherapist, a Dietitian and caretaker nurse to keep an eye 24/7 and treat as per the progress she shows.
