What Can Be The Cause For The Pain In The Ankle?

Hello.. Hope your day is going well!! Ok I have a bad left ankle as there is a mass that I think is a Lipoma on the Anterior Talofibular ligament... I think it s a lipoma because I have many of them and just had a couple removed recently.. The ankle has been very painful and I have impingement in the area often especially when it is swelled up!! It swells often and sometimes it s very hard to work!! Any thoughts on it?? The X-rays show only a vague whitish shadow at the sight!!

For pain and swelling in the ankle you can take any pain killer like akilos-p or combiflam with calcium supplements and multivitamins. Apply creape bandage or do hot water fomentation over the affected area.
