Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I woke up Sunday morning and nearly fell over and felt off balance. I struggled all morning and most of day with this eventually it wore off and today feel exactly same, and do not want to drive my car or go out. What is this, I have no ear problems, am eating, hydrated and it also made me feel sick yesterday
I have read your query and I understand your problem!
According to your symptoms, I think that you might suffer from low arterial blood pressure. Low arterial blood pressure causes lack of blood circulation in brain.
You need to measure arterial pressure for several days, then you should get an ECG(electrocardiogram), EEG(electroencephalogram) to exclude any brain disease, glycemia test to exclude diabetes mellitus, a complete blood count and urine test.
You should contact your cardiologist to determine the right diagnosis and treatment.
Take care, Dr.Behar.
