HELLO, THANX FOR USING HCM.
Its good to hear from you that your trying home based foods.Morning you can give wheat porridge made of broken wheat or oats porridge. After 3 hours give soft fruits like banana , sweet orange, apple without skin or fruit juices or spinach soup, tomato soup ,mixed vegetable soup.Lunch soft rice with vegetables and ( dal or mashed chicken).Evening cerelac and night semolina porridge or soft khichdi. What ever you give consistency should be soft and easily digestible without spices and chillies. Use dals liberally except chana dal(bengal gram).Rice based foods are the most easily digestible ones.Hope this information will be helpful for you in feeding your child.Never forget to give enough water to the baby.
