What Can Be The Reason For Blood Along With Urine?
Hi, on saturday I fell backwards down the stairs at the Javits Center, somehow. I have a swollen knee cap & clavicle, both of which are subsiding, but, now, on monday, I just went to the bathroom, & I have a small amount of blood in my urine. it is mostly it s usual yellow. What should I do?
Noted you have blood in urine after history of fall down... Your impact was severe as you have swollen clavical.... So here blunt trauma to kidney can lead hematuria....
Get your urine examination .... If it shows red cell cast also along with RBC then glomerulonephritis could be there otherwise it is from trauma to kidney...
Get your USG abdomen examination to investigate... Rest is done.... If needed analgesic taken... If blood collected in kidney only conservative management initially done. Then if needed surgical drainage might done.
So without delay consult surgeon ....
Take care.
