What Can Be The Reason For Blood In Stool?

Dear Doctor,

I am 43 years old, Male, BMI 23, Height 170 cm, Weight 63 kg. I didnot have any health problems so far. I do regular yoga and walk for 30 minutes 5 days a week. Since one week, when I pass stool, I see blood in it. No pain or irritation. Is this starting of piles ? Should I go for a detailed check up? What can be done to prevent this? I normally have a healthy diet comprising oats, vegetables and fruits, rice and one in a week chicken.

Thanks in advance for your valuable advice.

Regards

Sasi
