What Can Be The Reason For Continuous Diarrhea?

respected doctor, I am from indonesia, since 2 months my wife she has upset stomach, first she had loose motions 2-3 times a day, but since 2 weeks her faeces is normal, one time a day in the morning, but still she feel like vomiting, somach ache, intesine twisting etc, pls reply
