What Can Be The Reason For Feeling Cold When Sleeping?

hello i am 43 years old male. 5'8 210 pounds BP 120/82 heart rate 72 Temp 96.1 I take Benicar hct 20-12.5 for the past year for high bp. I sleep with a heated blacket but my body shakes and feel cold . My arms and hands always been falling a sleep when i fall a sleep this is been going on for the past year. CAN you help me please????

Hi your condition can be ascribedd to sleep paralysis. this is seen rarely in some people with sleep issues. I would recommend you to meet a sleep physician as he can perform a polysomnography analysis and provide best diagnosis and treatment for your condition. I hope this helps.
