What Can Be The Reason For The Discomfort In The Back?

I'm 20 years old. When i was 11 or 12 i had 4 operations for my hips as the bones gradually came out the pelvis due to genetic reasons. They put a screw in each Hip and then took them out when i was 16. Now my right hip has a crumbling feeling when i walk, It isn't too painful but discomforting. i Don't know if it's due to my foot alingments as I have insouls for shoes that are now old, Could this be the problem or could it be my old problem coming back?
