What Can Be The Two Round Purple Bruises On My Lower And Upper Arm?

hello, i have noticed two small round purple bruises one on my lower forearm and the other on my upper arm (palm side).. i am taking allot of medication for nerve damage.. Maximum dose Gabapentin, Tramadol, Amitryptline, Estelle Duet, Terbinafine. i also have a neuro stimulator implant.

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that if you are taking too much medicine then this could be hypersensitivity reaction of some drug and this need to be ruled out first, better to stop taking drug which are not that much required, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
