I have been dieting and excersing now for 6 weeks. I have been weighing myself weekly. I weighed myself yesterday late afternoon and I was 14stone 7lbs. This was straight after a work out. I weighed myself again today on the same scales and I weighed early this afternoon again after a jog and I weighed 14stone 1lbs. Why am I 6lbs lighter from one day to a next? And what weight should I go on ?
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. It may not be the actual weight reduction. It may be due to the weight of the dress you wear might be heavior the previous day, and lighter the next day. The bowel movement might be be heavy the 2nd day. Stepping on the weighing machine also counts, standing at the center weighs exactly. Next time you weigh twice every time or when you find more difference to find the difference in fault in the machine.
