Hello. I am a 20 year old male. I am not the most fit of people, I smoke. but over the last week I have noticed that my arms, hands, legs and fingers have been going numb with out warning. often while doing my normal daily routine. at the same my heart starts to pound and I get short of breath. I start tovget a headache as if there is pressure building behind my left eye.
This is happening more and more often. I am starting tovget worried.
