What Can Cause A Painful, Swelling Lump Inside Ankle?

Couple years ago torn all andkle ligaments level iii. I have had a painful lump on left side of lower shin for weeks. Inside ankle turned dark. No recent injury. Swells and painful when on it. Ice, ibuprofen and rest when gets intolerable. Any sugestions?

It is in relation to past tissue trauma in form of Hematoma not resolved totally leading to either cellulitis or unhealed tissue inside.
In our clinic we suggest local part Ultrasonography to exactly define the condition and treat accordingly for permanent relief.
