What Can Cause A Swollen Lymph Node In The Groin Area And Blood In Urine?

I am a female and have a swollen lymph node on the left side of my groin area, adjacent to the pubic area. I also noticed blood during a recent urination, coming from the vagina. No real pain associated with either symptom which only occurred recently.

Hi,

The two symptoms are not necessarily related. I suggest you see your doctor for a consultation and a pelvic examination.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
