What Can Cause Abdominal Distention After Bathing?

Hi, I’ve never understood why I always look noticeably ‘fatter’ and bloated, during/ after a bath or shower! This isn’t a sudden thing either, always been this way. I’m quite chubby as I’s. But my stomach doesn’t do much naturally ‘stick out’ I’m more wider than anything. But in the shower I honestly feel and look pregnant! (Most defiantly not) like my stomach just grows and I feel soooo fat and heavy!

Hello,

Usually, there is no such relation of bathing of stomach bloating.

But few people during bathing open mouth and swallow the air more due to unknown reflex activity.

Other possibilities like irritable bowel syndrome or food Intolerance or gastritis etc.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
