What Can Cause Anal Sex Painful With Burning Sensation?
I m not sure how to phrase this. I have for many years used a dildo. But suddenly, last year anal sex has been painful. An intense burning sensation that lasts a day or sometimes more afterward occurs. Any idea what is causing that? I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

if u have used dildo for many years that means there is no any possibilities of penile size related streching and paining
mostly it may be due to intra vaginal infection or urinary tract infection
dildo or unprotected sex may leads to some local infection because of contamination
so clear dildo with antiseptics or use protection for safe sex or clean local area means penis and vagina with proper wash than it is less chance of burning n infection etc
