What Can Cause Bleeding After A Bowel Movement After Consuming Wine Mixed With Orange Juice?

I drank some wine last night mixed with orange juice I woke up about 4: 00 pm with gas and had to go to the bathroom for a bowel movement when I was finished I notice bright red blood when I wipe. I do have hemmorids and divertilitics. My stomach feel like I have diareia.

Hi,



Possible that you may develop food poisoning or alcohol induced gastritis. Until examination is done, it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Check for bacillary dysentery or amoebic dysentery. Possible that you may have hemorrhoids or fissure in the anus.
Use tablet Ofloxacine and Ornidazole twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
