What Can Cause Bleeding After A Bowel Movement?

I had a BM late last night and there was so much blood on the paper I thought I had gotten my period, it was bright red and there was a dark chunk that resembled uterine tissue, it couldnt have come from the front because when I wiped there was nothing on the paper, please help

Hello,

You may be suffering from haemorrhoids or fissure in ano. Avoid spicy food and alcohol avoid smoking and caffeine drinks.

Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. Eat a high fibre diet, drink plenty of water.

Use syrp lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
