What Can Cause Blocked Ears, Dizziness, Fatigue And Fever?
Doctor I have flu like symptoms with blocked ears and imbalance and weakness at night I get fever of 100.2 Got checked out for flu,Lyme,strep all were negative. It seems it’s virus that has affected my ears and given me imbalance and pain in the joints It’s been three weeks now all I’m taking is Tylenol and drinking fluids Should I see a specialist

Yes, you should visit otorhinolaryngologist for Otoscopy ear examination and hearing test. You can have labyrinths like an inner ear infection.
If it is confirmed than short term steroid or antihistaminic drug course can be prescribed. Avoid movement that aggravate imbalance. Vestibular exercises also beneficial in such cases.
