What Can Cause Blood In Stool Along With Stomach Pain?

I pooped and there was blood on it and when I wiped it was all over the tissue my stomach hurt a little before and afterr I feel tirrd a lot latly and have been sweating in my sleep I also farted out blood and when I wiped my but there was a lot of bright red blood on the tissue again
